At Rock Leaf Harvest, our journey began in 2023, sparked by Allie’s innovative science project. Curious about the world of microgreens, she embarked on an experiment growing broccoli and radish microgreens in both soil and on paper towels. Allie’s hard work paid off when she earned top marks in her class and proudly represented her school at the regional science and engineering competition at Brock University.

What started as a school project quickly blossomed into a family passion. Inspired by Allie’s success, we united around a shared mission: to provide fresh, delicious microgreens that are not only nutritious but also enhance the everyday lives of our customers.

We travel across the beautiful Niagara region, delivering our vibrant microgreens directly to our customers’ doorsteps.
