Welcome to our vertical urban farm, nestled in the heart of Port Colborne in the southern Niagara region. At Rock Leaf Harvest, we believe in keeping things simple and natural, so you can enjoy the freshest, tastiest microgreens straight from our farm to your table.

Our growing process is straightforward but powerful. We start with high-quality, certified organic, GMO-free seeds—because great taste and nutrition start at the source.

The seeds are sown in a PRO-MIX growing medium, enriched with mycorrhizae—a beneficial fungus that works wonders for root development, helping our plants grow strong and healthy.

The key ingredients for thriving microgreens? Water and plenty of light—no pesticides, no herbicides, just the essentials nature intended.

In just 10 days, most of our microgreen varieties are ready to harvest—vibrant, nutritious, and full of flavour. From seed to harvest, we focus on delivering fresh greens that are as good for you as they are for your plate.
